About the Event
All current and prospective members are invited to attend!
$25 event fee for non-members - to be credited towards 2022 annual membership dues upon signup - see below.
Event schedule:
- 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. - gather and socialize - appetizers and drinks provided by LYC
- 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. - Annual General Meeting - the agenda will include the election of Officers, the approval of bylaw changes and annual dues, a presentation of the budget, event announcements, and a big welcome to our new members.
- 8:30 - onwards - sign-up for committees and party on at the Golden Cicada (cash bar)

Please note:
The event is free for current members.
For non-members, a $25 event fee will be collected at the door, but this fee will be credited towards 2022 annual membership dues upon membership sign-up by May 1st, 2022.
